Job Description

- Work closely with the Afterpay Ads Sales leadership team to assess the current business, develop a deep understanding of the Afterpay Ads product, our advertising partners and competitive landscape
- Close advertising deals with key retail partners that align with Afterpay Ads strategies & business targets
- Partner with cross-functional teams to structure and execute strategic initiatives
- Track, measure and proactively communicate report to senior management on the portfolio of accounts, focusing on goal attainment and course corrections
- Analyze, measure and communicate campaign performance to advertising partners
- Ensure that advertising partners receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Build internal processes to streamline workflows
- Drive success toward KPIs, and exceed revenue targets

- 4+ years experience in advertising, partnerships and revenue driving teams
- Demonstrated track record of meeting & exceeding KPIs and sales targets

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone A: USD $74,500 - USD $91,100
Zone B: USD $69,300 - USD $84,700
Zone C: USD $65,600 - USD $80,200
Zone D: USD $63,400 - USD $77,500
