About Wert

Wert is how you accept payments in Web3. We’re a fintech startup solving payment connectivity for NFT marketplaces, DeFi protocols, DAOs, and beyond. Wert pioneered the NFT onramp — enabling users to buy NFTs directly with a card — and continues to push the limits of Web3 payments through innovative checkout and onramp solutions.

Our mission is to make crypto payments feel as simple and safe as any other online purchase — empowering projects to grow faster and onboard more users into Web3 every day.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who’s excited to help our partners integrate Wert smoothly and confidently. You’ll work with developers, product managers, and founders of Web3 projects — guiding them through technical setup, solving issues, and improving the integration journey.

This is an excellent opportunity if you love Web3, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow in a fast-moving fintech environment. Many of our team members have evolved from this position into product, sales, or compliance roles.

We’re looking for someone based in European or American time zones to collaborate smoothly with our global team and partners

What You’ll Do

  • Support partners throughout the integration process, from setup to launch.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from our engineering team.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to make integrations smoother and faster.
  • Represent Wert in partner chats (Discord, Telegram, Slack), ensuring partners feel supported and informed.
  • Maintain and expand our knowledge base and internal documentation.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to share partner feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
What You Bring

  • Experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies (understanding NFTs, smart contracts, DeFi, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset — you enjoy finding better ways to do things.
  • Technical aptitude: you’re comfortable learning APIs, testing integrations, and understanding basic code snippets.
  • Active presence in Web3 communities (Discord, Twitter, Reddit, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed team.
Nice to Have:

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, or SQL.
  • Experience in a similar integration or technical support role.
  • Additional languages
Why Wert

  • Be part of the leading payment solution in Web3.
  • Collaborate with top NFT and DeFi projects.
  • 100% remote work with flexible hours.
  • Flat structure, fast decision-making, and real ownership.
  • Clear growth path — your salary and responsibilities grow with your impact.
