Nebulus Finance is a cutting-edge decentralized finance (DeFi) platform on a mission to empower people to become financially free through innovative tokenized asset solutions.
We are seeking a Partnership Manager to drive our ecosystem growth by onboarding top-tier RWA partners and building long-term institutional relationships. In this key role, you will help shape how Nebulus connects real-world value to on-chain liquidity, all while leveraging blockchain technology to redefine what’s possible in decentralized finance.
Nebulus offers a suite of DeFi utility products for RWA Asset token, products such as; Asset Backed Loans, Staking, Baskets (investment strategies), Asset Insurance, and four more.
As Head of Partnerships, you will play a critical role in building the Nebulus ecosystem by onboarding high-quality RWA partners and asset issuers.
You will be the face of Nebulus to external stakeholders, responsible for building long-term relationships with originators, protocols, and institutions that want to tokenize and scale real-world value on-chain.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the end-to-end partnership process for RWA originators, liquidity providers, and ecosystem collaborators
    • Identify and prioritize high-impact partners across real estate, private credit, commodities, and other asset classes
    • Develop scalable onboarding flows in coordination with Product, Legal, and Engineering teams
    • Structure and negotiate partnership deals that align with Nebulus’ protocol-level vision
    • Support go-to-market activities for new asset launches
    • Represent Nebulus at key industry events, roundtables, and AMAs
    • Maintain a high level of partner satisfaction and drive long-term engagement

Your Profile

    • 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Capital Markets, DeFi, or RWAs
    • Proven track record of building strategic partnerships and closing complex deals in financial or crypto ecosystems
    • Strong understanding of tokenization, structured finance, and DeFi infrastructure
    • Confident in communicating with institutional partners and explaining complex financial products simply
    • Experienced in structuring deals and managing partner relationships from first touch to go-live
    • Self-starter with high ownership mentality and a collaborative mindset
    • Bonus: Familiarity with Solana ecosystem, token standards, or legal frameworks around RWAs
