🎭 About the role
We're looking for a passionate and versatile Sales and Business Development Manager.
In this role, you will:

- Relationships: Maintain existing, and develop and close net new customers for prospective B2B, B2B2B, and B2B2C partners. You'll work with globally oriented customers who have cross-border payment and USD account needs

- Process: Your work will be crucial for refining and scaling our existing sales engine.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales, Business Development, and Finance, and work closely with the CEO. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the Engineering, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams on cross-functional initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leveraging your existing deep network to identify, source, and close new revenue-generating customers with global cross-border payment and USD account needs (e.g. Fintechs, Merchant Settlement Providers, Tech-enabled Export and Import operators)
- Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development team, ensuring a smooth handoff and alignment on high-value opportunities
- Always leaning on data to help justify your beliefs
- Maintain accurate sales activity tracking in Sales systems, ensuring the pipeline is well-documented and always up-to-date
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, leveraging existing templates
- Leverage feedback from prospects to help refine the entire process

What we look for in you:
- 5- 10 years of either Sales and/or Business Development experience in the Global Fintech or Crypto space
- Having an existing relationship base with senior professionals in the Global Fintech or Crypto space, such as with Global Fintechs, Cross Border Merchant Settlement Providers, Tech-enabled Export and Import operators
- A clear understanding of the value proposition stablecoins and the blockchain bring to cross-border payments
- Excellent Portuguese and English language skills
- Low ego, proactive cross-functional communicator, with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple actionable plans
- Team player with experience working in globally oriented organizations, and can adjust sales and business development motions to meet their prospect's cultural standards
- Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguous, fast-paced, and resource-constrained environments
- Excellent follow-through, always following up, never letting opportunities slip, and closing the loop

Nice to haves:
- Capable and comfortable with necessary AI automation, communication and CRM tools such as OpenAI, Slack, Notion, Hubspot, and gSuite
- Deep understanding of global fintech and crypto landscape, and relevant regulations as they related to your ability to close Sales and Business Development prospects
- Proficient in Spanish
