Overview:
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our founders in both their professional and personal lives, while also occasionally helping the broader team with light coordination and projects as the company scales.
This is a dynamic, high-trust role that blends executive, personal, and light operational support. You’ll ensure the founders’ time, priorities, and logistics run smoothly while jumping in to assist other stakeholders with projects such as internal events, offsites, and team coordination.
The ideal person is proactive, highly organised, and comfortable switching between different tasks and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Founder & Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements
Prioritise and organise communications across inboxes and Slack
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-ups
Track and follow through on action items and priorities
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Support investor, client, and internal communications when needed

Personal Assistance
Coordinate personal logistics such as errands, deliveries, and appointments
Keep personal and professional calendar aligned
Handle ad hoc requests with care, and confidentiality

Team & Project Support
Support other stakeholders with light coordination tasks, such as help plan and organise internal events, offsites, and celebrations
Assist with travel or logistics for visitors, contractors, and employees
Maintain templates, documentation, or shared Notion/Google Workspace resources
Jump in on small cross-functional projects where extra help is needed
Requirements:
4+ years’ experience supporting multiple executives or founders, ideally in a startup or fast-paced consulting environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proactive and adaptable
Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and confidentiality
Able to manage multiple priorities calmly and with good judgement
Work in a hybrid capacity, combining remote flexibility with consistent in-person presence at AR’s New York City office for regular interactions
Be available to travel regularly for client meetings, conferences, and team offsites as needed
