If you are looking for a role in an exciting new industry, at a dynamic company please keep reading.  About the role:  This is an exciting new opportunity for someone with a proven track record in Product Management to join the Product and Delivery team at B2C2.  In this role you will support our Company’s strategic growth, working collaboratively with the rest of the organisation to deliver key business initiatives. You will be working on a mixture of business and technology driven projects, primarily liaising closely with the Operations, Risk and Technology functions. The size of the company provides a unique opportunity to deliver high profile products, working with all areas of the business without the limitations that may be present in a larger organisation.  We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic individual to join the team.  The role will be  reporting to the Head of Product and Delivery.  Duties and Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product roadmap for key strategic items partnering with stakeholders to align with business objectives. Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions. Facilitate design workshops across technology teams to establish requirements. Prioritize features and improvements based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business goals. Focus on process optimisation and automation, identifying repetitive and manual processes in and collaborate with the Business line teams to design and implement automated workflows. Work with risk and compliance teams to integrate regulatory and security best practices into execution workflows. Coordinate with business development and sales teams to enhance client-facing products where required. Drive automation and scalability in execution infrastructure, reducing latency and slippage. Implement analytics and monitoring tools to track quality and performance. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflows, ensuring high availability and reliability. Data Driven - Consider trade analytics, P&L attribution, and market data to assess quality and optimize performance. Adhere to project governance process to monitor and track roll out of delivery items. Ensure that proposed solutions align with the overall technology architecture and roadmap.  Have a willingness to take the initiative, proactively identify problems and be assertive in developing plans to resolve risks and issues. Communicate project status aligning to key milestones to stakeholders and the broader organisation. Proactively remove blockers and impediments by speaking to those outside of the development team (ops, sales, compliance etc). Deliver the finished product to the market efficiently.  Foster a culture of continuous Improvement and feedback to establish feedback loops and identify pain points. Gather metrics to evaluate the success of implemented changes and refine further. Support the continuous improvement of the product & delivery function.  Coach new or junior team members. 

Required Skills and experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in product management. Experience of treasury services, and custody provider integrations. Proven track record in automating manual workflows and process optimization.Familiarity with risk management and operational processes in financial services or crypto. Ability to work cross-functionally with Risk, Treasury, Operations, and Engineering teams. Data-driven mindset. Experience working in an agile environment, managing product roadmaps, and delivering iterative improvements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities on multiple projects. Excellent understanding and practical experience of the Project Lifecycle. Experience of market making, trading infrastructure, FX or crypto, all advantages.
