Our Sales team is the engine driving the adoption of stablecoin-powered banking across the globe. From initial prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own the frontier—solving complex cross-border payment challenges and helping businesses transition from legacy rails to KAST's high-velocity infrastructure.


We're looking for a founding-caliber Account Executive to lead the charge for KAST Business. You will identify high-growth opportunities, conduct strategic outreach to Web3-native and global-first companies, and drive deals through the funnel with a focus on end-to-end activation. You aren't just selling a product; you are helping businesses unlock the power of instant payouts, global accounts, and stablecoin-fiat bridges.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Meet and exceed sales target
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, initiating campaigns and prospecting through multiple channels with an emphasis on cold-calling
  • Develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key target audiences through different external and internal sources
  • Build and manage your own pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management to maximize adoption
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to daily usage
  • Execute solution-based selling to understand customer needs and articulate the KAST Business value proposition
  • Scale the KAST Business product by contributing to the Go-To-Market strategy and product roadmap
  • Become a product expert on KAST Business market positioning and solution offerings

What You'll Bring

  • Software Sales Experience: You have 3+ years of software sales experience with a track record of carrying and exceeding quota
  • Industry Background: Experience in Fintech, Crypto, or Investment Banking environments
  • Location: You are based in (or willing to be based in) San Francisco or New York
