As the Growth Partnerships Director for North America you will be a champion for Crypto.com’s product portfolio (exchange, NFTs, cards), with ownership and responsibility over developing and executing partnerships with telcos, oems and other distributors to drive user acquisition and engagement across the crypto.com ecosystem.
You will be partnering with various cross functional stakeholders on developing and executing partnerships Crypto.com to drive acquisition and engagement. We’re looking for someone with an established network, excellent cross functional skills and an appetite for getting things done.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategy across distribution partners including product integrations and other business relationships to drive growth and engagement across Crypto.com’s portfolio of products.
- Establish new partnerships and business development efforts in key growth areas (telco, oem, social, video, audio, emerging technology, etc.) to drive Crypto.com app downloads and user engagement in coordination with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead negotiation on app distribution deals across major digital platforms and develop ongoing commercial opportunities to scale Crypto.com’s reach in North America.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to identify the reach and scale of Crypto.com’s products and services across all sectors (e.g. wireless, OEM, digital platforms, etc.) including managing deal pipeline and ideation, structuring and execution of growth opportunities.
- Serve as integral member of the Growth Partnerships team working closely with the internal xfn teams to align new and existing partnerships with the overall business model.

- Own partner onboarding and coordinate execution workstreams, help troubleshoot issues and resolve.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key internal leaders, collaborating across marketing, technology, product, data, legal and finance to execute agreements and provide ongoing management of growth partnerships.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders in growth and business development groups to ensure key stakeholders are aligned on emerging trends, new technologies, and corporate relationships management.
- Manage and report on KPIs across partners including new user acquisition, engagement and retention for partnership initiatives as well as identify new opportunities for building audiences for NFTs, Cards, and the Exchange.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders to drive core growth KPIs and manage performance optimization and improvements.
- Build ongoing relationships with industry peers and counter-parties to further strategic distribution relationships and partnerships.
- Min 8+ years of experience in strategy, business development or partnerships across telco, OEM, entertainment, or consumer tech platforms.
- Experience negotiating, communicating and enforcing commercial agreements.
- Proven success working with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to manage deal lifecycle - from pitch to close to implementation.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize campaign performance and KPIs.
- Ability to build business cases, analyze data, tell the story behind the numbers and glean insights and indicated actions that lead to measurable impact.
