About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to join our technology team. This role requires deep software development experience, preferable working for a fintech, blockchain or crypto company. You will focus on LCX Exchange, our cryptocurrency exchange and matching engine, to ensure the successful launch of new LCX.com products and accelerate the world's transition to cryptocurrency.

The successful candidate should be a GoLang Geek with knowledge about crypto and blockchain platforms. Basically we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes software development. Someone who believe in the power of software engineering? Someone who loves the hustle of fast-paced, hyper-growth startup life? Someone who thrives in a role where you can bring ideas to life on billions of screens?


Responsibilities:

  • You will design and implement features within the overall architecture of the product.
  • You will be debugging hard issues independently.
  • You must be self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • You should be capable of building and leading a team of developers focused on building the product in a constantly evolving environment.
  • You'll need to be a fast-paced individual who can not only multitask but prioritizes the tasks based on their urgency in a demanding environment.
  • You'll be expected to handle the production server administration, deployment, testing, and development of the same.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Software development, Golang and
  • Gin framework.
  • Proficiency in React JS with Redux.
  • Experience in web markup, including HTML5 CSS3
  • Experience with Build systems e. g. Webpack/Grunt/Gulp.
  • Experience in Web Services, REST API, Websockets & Micro-services.
  • Experience in SQL, No SQL, and In-Memory databases, like mongo, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
  • Experience in Messaging Queue, ie Kafka/RabbitMQ.
  • Experience in Dockers and Kubernetes.
  • Strong CS fundamentals (Data Structures and Algorithms).
  • Strong understanding of Software System Designing, Microservice architecture.
  • Good Knowledge of Cryptocurrency and Cryptocurrency Exchanges.
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team and learn from colleagues.
  • Open-source contributions.
