As our Salesforce subject matter expert, you'll design, develop, and deploy robust solutions from the ground up, enhancing our business processes and client engagement. This role covers the full software development lifecycle and involves close collaboration with our Data Engineering team for seamless integrations and data workflows. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development & Architecture:

Design and build scalable, secure, high-performance Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL) from scratch. Lead complex integrations with internal/external systems (e.g., trading platforms, data warehouses) using APIs and middleware. Develop and maintain robust data models and implement declarative solutions (Flows, Process Builder). Adhere to financial services and crypto exchange industry best practices.

CRM Strategy & Optimization:

Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Proactively identify opportunities for Salesforce automation and enhancement to improve sales processes and data accuracy. Ensure the platform supports regulatory compliance and data governance in crypto/financial services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Data Engineering on data requirements and synchronization strategies. Provide technical guidance on Salesforce capabilities.

System Maintenance & Support:

Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and trends, recommending innovative solutions. Create comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications

7+ years hands-on experience in Apex (triggers, batch), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Deep understanding of declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder) and strong proficiency in SOQL/SOSL. Proven experience with Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and a solid grasp of data models, security, and sharing rules. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and strong OOP/design pattern understanding. Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Copado, Salesforce DX). Demonstrated experience building/optimizing Salesforce CRM within financial services, ideally with exposure to crypto exchanges or fintech. Understanding of concepts like KYC/AML, regulatory compliance, and client onboarding. Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions. Strong communication for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II are required. Additional certifications (e.g., Application/System Architect, Financial Services Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex Salesforce projects from inception to deployment, with experience working in an Agile environment.
