Who We Are: SkyTrade is the world’s first air rights marketplace (n to 1), sitting at the convergence of Real World Assets (RWA) and Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN). We work with drone companies, telcos, governments, homeowners, and real estate developers to unlock low-altitude airspace for new types of economic activity. We’re bridging crypto and concrete, blockchains and buildings.

We are pre-TGE and in full build mode. You’ll work directly with the founders, engineers, product leads, and BD to align execution with strategy. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, turns chaos into clarity, and gets projects over the line—on time and at quality. No tourists. No passengers.

What You Will Do: As Technical Project Manager, you are the connective tissue between vision and delivery. You’ll coordinate across teams and time zones to ship features, upgrades, and integrations on a high-stakes, multi-stakeholder platform. You’ll:

  • Translate product and business objectives into clear execution plans with milestones, owners, and deadlines
  • Track progress across engineering, product, legal, and design—ensuring nothing slips
  • Run weekly sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (we’re agile, not dogmatic)
  • Identify blockers and proactively drive resolution before they become problems
  • Own the roadmap and keep it aligned across teams
  • Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders (internal + external) with confidence and accuracy
  • Coordinate integrations with partners including oracles, stablecoins, mapping APIs, and smart contract infra
  • Build and maintain lightweight documentation in Notion, Slack, GitHub, etc.
  • Ensure rigorous QA and release management across both Web2 and Web3 components

Who You Are: You’re a builder at heart. You’ve launched software before—ideally in a start-up, marketplace, or blockchain context. You think in systems, spot dependencies early, and take pride in clean execution. You bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical PM, engineering lead, or delivery management role
  • Familiarity with full-stack Web or blockchain product cycles (from spec to staging to mainnet)
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, ideally with remote and async components
  • High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and a bias toward unblocking others
  • Fluency in developer tooling: GitHub, Jira/Linear, Slack, Notion, Figma, etc.
  • Comfort working closely with engineers and speaking their language (bonus if you’ve written code yourself)
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and ruthless prioritization

Bonus: experience in infrastructure projects (DePIN, telco, real estate, drones, etc.), tokenization, or security-sensitive deployments.

Skills & Tools You’ll Likely Use: Agile sprints, GitHub Projects, Notion, Slack, Figma, project roadmaps, QA checklists, staging environments, Web3 integrations, smart contract testing.

What’s On Offer: Competitive salary, token equity, global remote team, and the chance to define the rails for a new kind of digital-physical infrastructure economy. You’ll help orchestrate a platform that could define how airspace is used for the next century.

We value clarity, precision, and hustle. If that sounds like you—apply.
