About the Role
Fireblocks is looking for a talented Regional Marketing Director to manage integrated marketing strategies, across events, content marketing, social media, and paid digital campaigns within the EMEA region. Your main duties include strategy, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and events.
You will work closely with the regional sales team to understand region-specific market priorities and develop impactful brand activations that deliver engaging content through story-telling and creative experiences for our customers and prospects to raise awareness and generate new business opportunities in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Establish yourself as a trusted and respected strategic partner with Sales and Account Management teams through translating sales goals into strategic marketing tactics and programs
- Work in partnership with the global demand generation and sales teams to build and drive integrated marketing campaigns that impact Fireblocks’s rapid growth
- Coordinate regional planning and execution with sales & marketing stakeholders to build campaign and event calendars to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.
- Maintain ownership of the region’s performance, through consistent reporting, analysis and optimisation efforts.
- Think creatively about the client and prospect experience at events, and build experiences that create unique, memorable, branded experiences for attendees, as well as how we use events to touchstone moments within broader campaigns to drive conversion.
- Think creatively about customer journeys through digital and in-person touchpoints to drive engagement all the way through the marketing funnel from awareness, to conversion, to advocacy.
- Manage all aspects of event and campaign coordination including: strategy, messaging, promotion/distribution, physical presence (signage, giveaways, site selection, etc.), contract negotiation, vendor relations, project management, budget tracking, logistics, etc.
- Manage the end-to-end funnel for campaigns, including sales & BDR enablement, email & retargeting nurture strategies, lead tracking and performance.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results and recommendations with sales team and marketing teams.
- Research industry events, digital, and media opportunities and evaluate sponsorship based on Fireblocks’ objectives and target audience.
- Maintain event and campaign documents - budgets, calendars, project plans, checklists, run-of-shows, etc.
- Drive ROI by working with the sales and demand generation teams to nurture leads
- Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B working experience in the event planning, field marketing and/or marketing space
- Knowledge of financial services industry preferred, with added knowledge in crypto, digital assets, tech, a plus
- Proven track record of managing events and marketing campaigns
- Ability to develop and deliver cohesive event strategies, including messaging, audience, execution
- Ability to work independently and in a group setting
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; ability to multitask and effectively manage time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Acute attention to detail; demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external clients
- Proven negotiation, problem-solving, organisation and project management skills
- Experience handling large budgets
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to frequently travel internationally is required
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills and fluency in German and/or French is a plus
