Head of Marketing

We seek a visionary Head of Marketing to develop and execute long-term marketing strategies that will align with our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies that align with Neon EVM's vision and growth objectives, ensuring brand alignment across all marketing activities.
  • Lead efforts to define and implement Neon EVM's brand identity, narrative, and positioning to effectively communicate its value proposition to diverse audiences, including developers and the broader Web3 community.
  • Develop, manage, and implement a robust content pipeline for various digital platforms, including blogs, tutorials, social media, newsletters, and case studies, ensuring technical and engaging content creation.
  • Collaborate with external partners to produce high-quality educational, engaging, and technical content, such as blog posts, tutorials, social media updates, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Drive product adoption and revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and conferences.
  • Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders and proactively manage them to maintain a strong presence across the industry.
  • Lead PR efforts and identify strategic activation opportunities to enhance Neon EVM’s profile in the Web3 space


Requirements

  • Proven experience in team management and leading marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-team collaboration and working with external partners to build strong relationships.
  • Web3 mindset with a deep understanding of Solana, L1/L2 infrastructure, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
  • Visionary thinking with the ability to develop narratives and positioning that resonate with Web3 audiences.
  • Strong content creation skills, with experience managing a content pipeline across various platforms.
  • Extensive network and connections within the crypto ecosystem to maintain Neon EVM's strong industry presence.
