Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead and expand our presence on Telegram, X , and Discord. The ideal candidate will be crypto native with a deep understanding of DeFi, possessing the creativity and analytical skills necessary to foster a vibrant and engaged community. This role requires proactive engagement, content creation, and strategic planning to integrate YO into relevant conversations and daily trends within the DeFi space.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:​ Quickly produce and spin up content and assets that align with current trends and overarching community growth strategies.

  • Community Engagement: Manage inbound inquiries and actively insert the YO brand into relevant conversations and daily metas on X and other platforms.

  • Platform Management: Oversee and engage with the community across Telegram, X, and Discord, ensuring consistent and meaningful interactions.​

  • Feedback Loop: Act as the liaison between the community and internal teams, providing insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.​

  • Event Coordination: Organize and host community events, AMAs, and other interactive sessions to maintain high levels of engagement.​

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor community metrics, analyze trends, and report on engagement and growth, adjusting strategies as needed.​

  • Founder Support: Assist founders in building and maintaining a strong presence in the DeFi community.​

Qualifications:

  • Web3 Expertise: Proven experience in the DeFi space with a strong grasp of blockchain technologies and decentralized finance concepts.​

  • Community Building Experience: Demonstrated success in building and managing online communities, particularly on Telegram, X, and Discord.​

  • Creativity: Ability to devise innovative strategies to grow and energize the community, and quickly create content and assets aligned with current trends.​

  • Proactive Engagement: Experience in actively seeking out and participating in relevant conversations and daily metas to promote brand presence.​
