As a Sales Lead, you will lead the North America & LATAM geographies, grow the business and create a sales strategy to maintain our number 1 leadership position on the market.

Your mission

    • Revenue Maximisation
    • Manage and grow existing partnerships such as BestBuy, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further collaboration
    • Negotiate favorable trade terms and position Ledger as a strategic partner
    • Support partners in promoting the brand, optimizing traffic acquisition, and maintaining Ledger's tone of voice

    • Business Growth
    • Drive the expansion of our business in Latin America by identifying and opening relevant retail channels

    •  Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Create and implement a sales strategy for the region, collaborating with internal teams (Logistics, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance) to ensure successful execution
    • Analyze business performance, take data-driven actions, and streamline processes to improve daily operations, communication, and reporting

    • Web3 expertise: Stay up to date on the latest industry news and key actors

What we're looking for

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
    • A minimum of +7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on retail partnerships in the consumer electronics sector
    • Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing partnership deals with both online and offline retailers
    • Strong understanding of the consumer electronics retail landscape in the US and ability to identify emerging trends
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
    • Self-starter with a results-driven approach and the ability to operate independently
    • Willingness to travel for meetings, trade shows, and industry events
    • Passion for technology, with an interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain preferred
    • English fluent, Spanish or Br Portuguese  is a plus
