Developers and companies around the world build on it, and the SDF team is expanding to support the rapidly growing and changing Stellar ecosystem. We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to expand the Stellar developer ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Developer Marketing, you'll collaborate with Product Marketing, Communications, Creative, and Ecosystem teams to create and execute campaigns that attract developers to Stellar. The role requires 3+ years of experience in web3 and growth marketing, along with a solid understanding of the blockchain space. You should be adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. Your mission will be to help drive developer adoption and contribute to the goal of building the future of finance. If you're passionate about growing a vibrant blockchain developer community, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will: 

Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive developer awareness and adoption of Stellar. Analyze data to optimize developer acquisition, retention, and overall experience. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop positioning, messaging, and a deep understanding of the developer journey. Crypto Twitter content strategy; support content development for dev facing social platforms, including technical updates and campaign activations. Contribute to Ecosystem Growth Team programs (SCF + Startup Camp) with strategy, planning and implementation support. Conduct competitive analysis to refine messaging and represent developer voice internally. Build relationships and secure collaborations to promote the Stellar developer ecosystem. Explore growth opportunities within the web3 space. Deploy marketing initiatives to drive new developer acquisition and support the current builder base. Engage with the community and drive marketing initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Ecosystem Growth, and DevRel teams. Maintain regular communication with developers to stay updated on their needs and share insights with the team.

You have: 

Proven track record in growth marketing for crypto/blockchain projects Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and ecosystem, especially DeFi Understanding of and experience working with the Developer community Active in CryptoTwitter or strong awareness Experience with community building and engagement strategies Proficiency in data analysis and marketing tools Excellent communication and project management skills

Bonus Points if:

Experience with or strong understanding of DeFi, payments Familiarity with blockchain development platforms Based in or near SF or NYC

We offer competitive pay with a base salary range for this position of $90,000 - $120,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, we offer lumen-denominated grants along with the following perks and benefits:
