What you'll be doing:

Provide simple yet detailed and clear specifications

Translate problems or requirements into highly specified project briefs

Understand the necessity of separation between high-end requirements and technical part

Spot corner cases before anybody else during problem statement and requirements phase

Work closely with key stakeholders, engineers, designers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Report and escalate to management as needed

Take ownership - be the bridge between design, engineering, QA and marketing

What you'll bring to the role:

5+ years of experience in a related technical role

Ability to convert stakeholders' problems or requirements into an actionable specification for related parties

Experience with SQL/noSQL databases

Experience with programming languages

2+ years experience with Web3

Experience working with the Atlassian stack (Jira and Confluence)

Work experience with various data and analytics softwares

Experience within product management in a fast-growing team

Experience in making weighed data-driven decisions (A/B testing, User Testing, Analytics, Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Defining Metrics and KPIs)

Ability to provide data-driven solutions and decisions

Must be adept at handling multiple responsibilities at once; this is a role that requires someone who is quick and nimble

Ideally, you'll also have:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Startup experience

Strong written and oral communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work independently with light supervision

Experience working in a cryptocurrency, FinTech or blockchain company
