Responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to cultivate an engaged and sustainable community through communication and media channels, events, and a comprehensive content strategy. Acting as a liaison between the community and our team, you’ll gather feedback and ensure the needs of our community are met. As an ambassador for Noble, you will foster collaboration to drive adoption and loyalty among a diverse group of community members including stablecoin issuers, appchain developers, and end users of Noble’s flagship products. Your role will be essential in promoting our brand within the broader cryptocurrency and decentralized finance (DeFi) community. 

Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive user adoption, engagement, and retention of Noble Express and future user facing products (Swaps, Lend, Pay) Create compelling content highlighting Noble’s minimalistic, high-security architecture and IBC protocol efficiencies for various platforms (e.g. Twitter/X, Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit, Telegram, etc). Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media and content marketing channels to promote Noble’s role in the stablecoin and RWA ecosystem Work with key Noble stakeholders (i.e. appchains, developers, asset issuers, community members, etc.) to highlight thoughtful and meaningful narratives around Noble’s utility and value proposition Identify user stories for Noble’s core products and collaborate with the Product/Business teams to identify key narratives for top of funnel user acquisition strategies 

Community Management

Build and nurture an active community of key stakeholders (i.e. asset issuers, investors, etc.), developers, and users on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter/X Be the point person for inbound community questions and feedback including, but not limited to: FAQs, business inquiries, product feedback, etc. Be a friendly first touch point for the community for any potential crises and community concerns, as they may arise   Collaborate with Noble’s product development team to gather and communicate feedback on the platform’s stability, security, and UX Work with ecosystem partners to co-host events, cross-promote Noble’s infrastructure, and extend Noble’s reach to the community Act as an ambassador for Noble and our role in expanding access to stablecoins and deepening liquidity across the ecosystem. This includes giving presentations at industry conferences, leading X/Twitter spaces, participating in podcasts, etc.  Develop and nurture a global team of Noble community ambassadors that host local meetups, workshops and education initiatives on Noble’s unique value proposition within the emerging stablecoin and Real World Asset (RWA) ecosystem 

Brand Development

Craft and maintain a consistent brand voice for Noble across all community and marketing channels Work with external marketing and PR agencies to elevate Noble’s story to a mainstream global audience 

Analytics and Reporting

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to total assets issued, IBC connections and market adoption (in partnership with Product and DevRel) Analyze data to optimize marketing strategies to attract blue-chip issuers and expand Noble’s presence within the decentralized finance (DeFi) space Prepare reports on marketing metrics, community growth and the performance of Noble-issued assets for the leadership team, as needed Work with the Business Development team to provide insights into potential customer acquisition strategies and new business opportunities 

Requirements 

Proven experience in building comprehensive marketing strategies within the Web3 or broader blockchain space  Proven ability to implement viral marketing strategies specific to Web3 projects  In-depth understanding of blockchains and the decentralized finance (DeFi) landscape including, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams Fluent written and verbal communication in English

Nice to Have 

Proficiency in using tools like Dune Analytics or Nansen to analyze community behavior and market trends Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Solidity) for better collaboration with technical teams Fluency in multiple languages to engage with a global crypto community Previous involvement in successful token launches and/or experience with community incentive programs or token-based reward systems
