Overview

Telcoin is a consumer finance company focused on providing customers with low cost, high quality financial services via blockchain technology, legacy banking, and mobile financial services infrastructure. Telcoin is expanding rapidly and as part of this growth we are looking for a full-time Customer Service Assistant in our Philippines office.



Job Description

This position interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential for candidates.

Role Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries and assist customers in relation to product issues and complaints.
  • Provide customers with appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Work closely with the Customer Support Manager to ensure compliance on company and regulatory standards on customer services and management.

About You

(required)

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited university
  • 2+ years of previous work experience as Customer Service Assistant
  • Good understanding of the local financial service’s regulatory environment
  • Fluent English, possessing superior communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • You can demonstrate your attention to detail and focus
  • Must pass NBI check and credit check

(preferred)

  • You have a keen interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency regulations.
  • You possess specific knowledge of the remittance industry.
  • You have experience in an entrepreneurial environment or working with a distributed team.
  • You speak additional languages

Salary Range: PHP 30K - 40K per month

Benefits: 13th month pay and potential for performance bonus
