Tangany, based in Munich, is a highly innovative fintech company which offers a market leading b2b solution for the custody of digital assets on the blockchain (e.g. crypto currencies, tokenized securities, NFTs). Our solution is already employed by more than 40 institutional customers. Tangany is regulated by the German federal financial supervisory authority, BaFin.

Tasks

  • Troubleshoot and analyze customer-reported technical incidents with our API-centric SaaS solution
  • Collaborate with the tech, cloud, and implementation teams to isolate root causes
  • Proactively analyze problems via technical data sources like server and software logs. Identify affected systems and dependant modules
  • Serve as a communication link between our customers and the engineering team
  • Support our customers via ticketing and chat systems. Triage support requests and assess customer needs
  • Manage our public-facing status page. Publish and update service status announcements in consultation with our technical product staff
  • Build and improve technical documentation resources

Requirements

  • Deep technical knowledge of Azure or comparable cloud environments with a focus on security
  • Strong foundations on security concepts such as network and OS hardening, encryption, RBAC, database security
  • Proven technical experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Expertise in implementation of security monitoring solutions
  • Relevant industry certifications or optionally background in ethical hacking
  • Initiative and flexibility for market development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent German or English
  • Computer science or scientific computing degree or comparable qualification
