As a technologist and leader, the Lead Engineer will serve dual functions: a) be the lead and tip-of-the-spear builder on new Web3 products weâre looking to build/integrate, b) help to hire and lead a small but mighty engineering team that will accelerate our path to building
What you'll need
â 10+ years of software engineering experience
â Experience as an entrepreneur, or at an early stage startup
â Experience building crypto products, Dapps or protocols
â Experience leading/managing a team (5 or more engineers)
â 3 years of proven engineering multi-level leadership experience.
â Exceptional experience in programming languages like Go, Java, Node, Python etc.
â Deep understanding of APIs and data sources like RDS, NoSQL, Elastic Search, Redis etc.
â Experience working with services provided by AWS and container based deployments using Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform.
â Living in NYC metro area is preferred for Office access (Hybrid position)
