“DeFi” is changing the financial sector and has allowed more people to have greater access to finance. Joining the team will allow you to be involved in bringing our platform to the next level.This role is responsible for design at each stage of the project - from user research and wireframes to final visual specifications. What you will be doing

Define design strategy for each product with product and market requirements in mind Communicate design direction, decisions, and rationale to the product team Develop information architecture, interaction models, interaction prototypes, customer flows, schematics, and visual design for products Closely working with product and engineering to rapidly and iteratively prototype, including accepting and acting on feedback and constructive criticism Conducting customer research including usability tests

Who are we looking for

At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design (web application design / mobile app design) Fluency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, InVision and Adobe Suite Ability to visualize and execute design concepts and ideas quickly, from ideation to prototyping, to user testing/validation, to execution(MVP) Experience working in collaborative, fast paced environment Strong visual design and written communication skills Interest in/Experience in Defi/ Web3 will be a big plus
