Petal is building the bridge between crypto and traditional markets: awallet-first brokeragewhere users can deposit USDC and access U.S. equities through a regulated brokerage, with instant settlement and withdrawals. Our mission is to unlock compliant access to capital markets for on-chain capital — whales, DAOs, funds, and institutions. We’ve raised $1.5M in pre-seed funding and are preparing to launch our V1 product in stealth with early whales and KOLs.
The Role
We’re hiring aGrowth Leadto design and help execute Petal’sgo-to-market strategy. This role will partner directly with the Founder and CMO to shape our early distribution playbook: from incentive structures and referral mechanics to KOL onboarding and testnet campaigns.
Your mandate is simple: build repeatable user acquisition systems for whales, DAOs, and crypto-native funds, and turn Petal’s stealth launch into a high-conviction entry point for serious capital.
Responsibilities
- GTM Design:Architect and execute the growth playbook, including referral programs, KYC multipliers, testnet quests, and deposit incentives.
- User Acquisition:Identify, attract, and onboard whales, KOLs, DAOs, and funds into Petal’s Limited Live and LIVE environments.
- Campaign Execution:Partner with CMO on copy and brand while owning the mechanics — design, test, and scale campaigns that convert on-chain capital.
- Metrics & Reporting:Define growth KPIs (TVL, DAUs, LOIs signed, referral multipliers) and run tight weekly reporting loops.
- Collaboration:Work with BD to align incentive design with whale/KOL outreach; work with Product/Engineering to ensure growth features (referrals, eligibility gating, multipliers) are built right.
- Experimentation:Rapidly test and iterate on degen->
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in growth, product growth, or crypto-native GTM roles.
- Proven experience designing and running high-velocity user acquisition programs (referrals, quests, liquidity mining, testnets).
- Strong crypto-native instincts: knows what whales, KOLs, and DAOs actually respond to.
- Data-driven operator: can design experiments, run A/B tests, and report cleanly on outcomes.
- Comfortable in an early-stage startup environment — scrappy, fast-moving, low-ego.
- Bonus: Experience at a crypto exchange, DeFi protocol, or brokerage with incentive-driven growth.
