We're seeking a dynamic Video Editor who’s not just a traditional video professional but also well-versed in leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency, scale, and creativity. This role is for someone ready to take charge of our growth content machine, streamline processes, and generate a high quantity of high-quality video content while minimizing bottlenecks. What You’ll Do:As the lead of the video and content machine, you will be the architect behind our scalable content production process. Your mission is to ensure there are as few blockers as possible between idea generation and content publication. You'll work closely with our comms team, manage external agencies, and use AI tools to automate workflows. Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Own the full cycle of video creation, from ideation to final cut, using AI-powered editing tools to produce short-form and long-form content for multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). AI Tool Utilization: Leverage AI-driven software to streamline video editing, voiceover generation (11 Labs), and content production for scale and efficiency. Content Machine Lead: Oversee a content pipeline to produce 100+ pieces of content. Collaborate with the comms team to ensure seamless integration between video, articles, and social media posts. Sourcing & Managing Agencies: When necessary, identify and engage external video agencies for specific projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budget constraints, and creative standards. Repository of Ideas: Work with leadership to maintain and manage a living repository of content ideas, ensuring the content pipeline is always full. Collaboration: Coordinate with ghostwriters, AI-based drafting tools, and the team to create initial drafts of scripts and articles, ready for leadership review. Cross-Platform Strategy: Ensure video content is adapted for all platforms, maximizing engagement and reach by tailoring assets for each medium. B-Roll Library & Animations: Manage and maintain a repository of pre-shot B-roll and animations for rapid video production. Minimal Handovers: Execute processes where you require minimal involvement from leadership after initial approvals, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in AI Video Tools: Experience with AI editing software like DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Runway, InVideo, ClipChamp, Descript, Wondershare Filmora, RunwayML, Descript, 11 Labs (voiceovers), Veed.io, Pictory, Capcut, FlexClip, Invideo, SteveAI, Fliki, Repurpose.io or and other automated content generation platforms. Video Editing Expertise: Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent video editing tools. Web3 Knowledge: Basic, understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi), Layer 2 scaling solutions, and blockchain technology. Strong Project Management: Ability to manage content pipelines, external agencies, and internal teams efficiently. Creativity Meets Efficiency: A creative thinker who can balance fast turnaround times with high-quality output. Experience with Multi-Platform Strategy: Knowledge of the content needs for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Team Collaboration: Ability to work autonomously while keeping the team informed, ensuring a frictionless content creation process.
