Role Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Lead to set up a strong operational foundation for the future of our exchange, ensuring seamless execution across strategic, legal, financial, and organizational functions. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership team to identify and execute the company wide strategy
- Oversee resource allocation and budget management across departments
- Own the company's legal strategy
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
- Review and negotiate complex contracts and partnership agreements
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee immigration and visa processes
- Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of operations experience.
- 2+ years of prior experience at a crypto protocol, foundation, or exchange.
- Track record of working with external legal and financial advisors.
- Hands-on experience with trading.
- Educational background in finance, accounting, or law.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Singapore based candidates preferred.
