Role overview

As a Frontend Software Engineer at our company, you will play a key role in developing user interfaces for our blockchain services. Working closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers, you will build responsive and high-performance frontend applications. Your contributions will ensure our interfaces are intuitive and reliable, supporting our strategic projects and the overall growth of our blockchain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using modern frameworks (TS, React).

• Implement interactive and dynamic features to enhance the usability and functionality of our services.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.

• Translate complex technical requirements and blockchain concepts into clear and intuitive user interfaces.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.

• Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap of frontend systems.

• Implement state management solutions and ensure efficient data flow within frontend applications.

• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the reliability and stability of frontend applications.

• Identify and troubleshoot frontend performance issues and bugs, implementing effective solutions promptly.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and accessibility guidelines.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in frontend development and blockchain technology.

• Advocate for and implement improvements in development processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Collaborate with the team to monitor system status and participate in incident management processes to swiftly resolve issues related to frontend performance and reliability.

• Contribute to the documentation and post-incident analysis to prevent future occurrences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

• Proven experience in developing scalable and high-performance web applications using TS/React.

• Experience working with blockchain technologies and understanding of blockchain protocols is highly desirable.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JS/TS, Node.js ecosystem and build tools.

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience with state management libraries and API integration.

• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with web3 development, including smart contract integration and decentralized applications (dApps).

• Understanding of staking mechanisms, consensus algorithms, and blockchain security practices.

• Experience with server-side rendering frameworks and modern API technologies.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies and cloud platforms.

• Strong sense of design and user experience principles.

• Experience working closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-centric interfaces.
