Job Description
To manage and grow relationships with high-value clients (VIPs, institutional partners, HNWIs) by delivering premium support, personalized services, and strategic account management that drives revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention. The VIP Relationship Manager will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to align client engagement strategies with overall company objectives and also identify new business opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. VIP Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP and strategic clients.
- Build strong, trusted relationships to support retention and growth.
- Ensure timely responses and high-touch service through all communication channels.
2. Onboarding & Compliance Coordination
- Support end-to-end onboarding of VIP clients including KYC/AML processes.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance to meet regulatory standards while maintaining an efficient client experience.
3. Growth & Revenue Enablement
- Develop tailored engagement strategies to increase client trading volume, product adoption (staking, launchpads, margin), and wallet holdings.
- Identify and act on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Retention & Loyalty
- Proactively monitor client behavior to identify churn risks and resolve issues quickly.
- Plan and execute exclusive benefits, loyalty tiers, and engagement campaigns to maintain long-term relationships.
5. Event and Experience Management
- Organize bespoke experiences including VIP meetups, dinners, conferences, and webinars.
- Represent the company in high-profile networking opportunities and client events.
6. Strategic Reporting
- Report on client performance, engagement levels, and revenue impact to the Chief Marketing Officer on a regular basis.
- Provide client insights and recommendations for product development or service enhancement.
Qualifications
3-5+ years in client-facing or relationship management roles, ideally in crypto, fintech, private banking, or tech.
In-depth understanding of Indonesia’s crypto ecosystem and trading culture
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
High adaptability and availability across time zones if needed.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus).
