Lead and successfully execute a data-driven marketing strategy, Establish new strategies and processes ensuring that key stakeholders are onboarded Continually look to feedback and improve existing processes Manage content, community direct reports as well as freelancers independently Ensure close strategic alignment between Marketing and BD efforts Contribute to OKR creation (during the OKR setting session) and execution, especially in Marketing area Create and manage marketing hiring efforts Establish KPIs aligned with business goals, identifying, exploring and researching marketing channels and opportunities and their potential to boost KPIs

🔧 Competencies

Sound marketing delivery skills, ability to push marketing initiatives from inception, through ideation to execution in a measurable way (i.e. measuring and tracking after the delivery) Strong leader, able to inspire and drive direct reports to high delivery Passionate about DeFi and the Solana ecosystem as well as crypto more generally Crypto-native understanding of Twitter, Telegram and adjacent channels Strong capacity to establish processes for collecting data and gathering insights Sound product marketing sense (eg. able to identify marketing opportunities based on new features rolling out) Highly competent in hiring A-players and managing them to achieve their full potential Talented cross-team communicator, confident in challenging and collaborating across the team Team player - comfortable wearing multiple hats to get the job done
