Role
You will work closely with the CEO and the management team to keep track of the rapidly developing blockchain ecosystem in order to understand key projects, trends, and personalities, and to help prioritize strategic directions.
You will follow and monitor the industry trend and activities, the competitor initiatives and landscape, and analyse and produce periodic and ad-hoc reports on the findings in a timely manner. You will be working in a fast-paced and innovative environment where you will play a key role in setting a strategic direction and identifying new initiatives of the company by providing the industry insights and analysis to the management and other team members
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Keep track of the L1, DeFi, NFT, and gaming space
- Read newsletters, follow Twitter, listen to podcasts and watch YouTube shows to stay up to date on the blockchain industry as it unfolds
- Read industry reports and interact with external analysts
- Produce internal and external reports
- Develop relationships within the blockchain community
- Assist with additional research assignments, collaborating with the Zilliqa Research team on a variety of projects
Skills and Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance or related area
- Experience in working with / for individual blockchain projects or venture capital, investment banking, or private equity
- Knowledge and/or experience in the current crypto and blockchain landscape
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Must possess excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong experience working on multiple assignments at once, while maintaining project deadlines
