Dev Relation Lead
Job Overview:
- As the Dev Relation Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with developers within the Nubit community. Your primary tasks include providing technical support, optimizing developer resources and documentation, and planning and executing developer events to promote the adoption and activity of Nubit technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and Maintaining Developer Relations: Actively connect with developers, understand and support their needs, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships.
- Documentation and Resource Management: Create and update developer documentation to ensure it is easy to understand and kept up-to-date, including API documentation, development guides, and operational tutorials.
- Planning and Executing Developer Events: Organize hackathons, workshops, and other developer interaction events to increase the exposure and community engagement of Nubit technology.
- Collecting and Implementing Feedback: Gather feedback from developers, collaborate with the product and engineering teams to optimize the developer experience and Nubit products.
Qualifications:
- Experience in developer relations management or related fields.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of effectively managing multiple projects.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, able to perform well in events of various sizes.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, tokens, and performance-based variable parts.
