Working at Wintermute 

We are looking for a Graduate DevOps Admin in DeFi with a background in coding and systems administration who is interested in learning about DeFi, HFT, market making and crypto trading. The primary focus of the role entails monitoring and maintenance of defi trading systems, in addition to working side by side with senior developers to improve functionality and performance. In addition, you will have the opportunity to help integrate new trading systems on multiple chains and taking part in the long term success of these integrations by:: 1) Improving trading signals for various protocols 2) Improving execution logic to maximise revenue 3) Troubleshooting trades/failed execution to get a deep understanding of the protocol and improve the trading setup.
