About the Position

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-focused Vice President of Marketing to lead and grow our brand in both Web2 and Web3 space. This role is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of emerging technology, culture, and community. You will be responsible for building a cohesive marketing vision—from brand storytelling to community engagement to product launches—that drives user growth, brand awareness, and market leadership. As the only VP level and a key member of the leadership team, you’ll shape the voice of the company and play a critical role in scaling our presence in both crypto-native and mainstream markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a holistic marketing strategy across brand, content, product marketing, community, and performance.
• Craft and elevate a compelling brand narrative aligned with our mission and values across all touch points.
• Spearhead our Web3-native marketing strategies (e.g., community engagement, token-based growth loops, and activations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, and Engineering to align go-to-market (GTM) efforts and growth initiatives.
• Define KPIs for marketing performance; continuously track, optimize, and report on outcomes.
• Build and manage a team of marketers, community managers, and creatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally in startups or growth-stage tech companies.
• Proven success in building and scaling brand marketing strategies in emerging tech, with strong preference for Web3/blockchain projects.
• Deep understanding of crypto-native channels, communities (Discord, X, Farcaster), and growth dynamics.
• Strong track record leading brand development, creative campaigns, and content storytelling.
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams across disciplines.
• Analytical mindset with ability to pair data with intuition to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

• Experience launching or managing tokens, NFT campaigns, or DAOs.
• Background in community-led growth or grassroots marketing.
• Prior experience working with developer or creator ecosystems.
