You’ll work with the CTO, mentor a small team, and own core systems that power enterprise apps.

What you’ll do

• Build and scale backends in Python + Flask.

• Design fast, clean SQL schemas.

• Ship and harden REST APIs.

• Jump into React/JavaScript when needed.

• Drive performance: low-latency, SEO, reliability.

• Write tests. Document. Ship safely.

• Handle Linux, deployments, and CI/CD.

• Partner with product to plug AI + data into workflows.

What you bring

• Expert Python and JavaScript.

• Strong with Flask (or similar) and REST.

• Serious SQL chops.

• Comfortable on Linux.

• You tune for speed, analytics, and page load.

• Solid OOP and unit testing habits.

• Bonus: know vector DBs, embeddings, fine-tuning flows.

Nice to have

• Solidity or Rust.

• Familiar with Bittensor.

• Deeper React experience.

• Cloud + CI/CD depth.
