Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Crystal team. Reporting to the Design Leader, the successful candidate will design complex marketing materials, therefore prior relevant experience is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop all necessary graphic materials (presentations, illustrations, banners, infographics, multi-page materials, illustrations) for various communication channels — websites, landing pages, social networks, email campaigns, etc.;
• Work together with strong design and development team members to create visuals for Crystal;
• Support the visual identity of our company and digital products;
• Support and extend existing product >

Requirements:

• Skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Zeplin;
• 1+ years of experience in graphic design;
• Having a portfolio is a must (Behance, Dribbble, or similar);
• Being versatile in design >
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality graphics;
• Good time-management skills;
• Effective communication skills;
• At least Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.

Will be aplus:

• Experience in Web Design;
• Experience in motion graphics (After Effects would be a plus);
• Experience working with marketing graphics and ability to follow brand guidelines;
• Illustration skills.
