We're looking for Junior UX Researcherto help us understand our users needs, behaviors and pain points. You will be supporting the design and product team by conducting user research, analysis and recommendations that shape meaningful experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Plan and conduct end-to-end user research activities such as surveys, in-depth interviews, and usability testing.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings to uncover actionable insights.
- Communicate research findings clearly to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, product managers and other stakeholders to advocate user needs throughout the product development process.
Who We Are Looking For
- Min. 1 year of UX Research role or similar.
- Experienced with evaluation research type in product design.
- Familiar with common qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills -share insights in clear & compelling way.
- Curiosity, empathy, and user centric mindset.
Preferred/Bonus Skills
- Familiar with Crypto and investment.
- Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or any related fields.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
