SUP3R utilizes web3 principles and technology to curate and engage fan communities around their passion for real world experiences. SUP3R has two primary areas of focus which include developing original community based IP and creating experience platforms that enhance community and utility for other web3 projects. SUP3R launched SUPERF3ST, the world’s most vibrant festival community, in 2022.
About our Virtual Internship Program:
This is a paid educational internship. As an intern, you’ll gain experience unparalleled in the classroom. We provide interns with the opportunity to learn and develop new skills while gaining a deeper understanding of concepts through hands-on application. Working closely with their supervisor, interns explore their career field of interest, acquire new skills, and develop transferable skills. Interns earn $15 per hour.
Each intern reports to team members who provide hands-on training, oversight, and mentorship. Your internship benefits include gaining experience unparalleled in the classroom, exploration in a career field of interest, acquiring new skills and developing transferable skills for resume building, and establishing vital career networks and mentors.

• Eligible candidates must either be enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university.

As a SUP3R intern, you'll learn and be a part of:

• Participating in brainstorms and team collaborations
• Researching the web and publications for relevant news to share with the team and the SUPERF3ST community
• Organizing and archiving files, footage, databases and SUP3R contacts
• Attending meetings and distributing notes to different teams
• Supporting on the development of creative decks and pitch materials
• Assisting with administrative tasks for all departments

Your strengths/experience/interests include:

• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Strong writing skills (creative & technical)
• Powerpoint presentation skills
• Willingness to take on a full range of tasks; ability to multitask
• Proactive and curious, and you love to learn
• You enjoy research and problem solving
• Proficiency in Google Apps (especially Google Drive) and Microsoft Office

It would be music to our ears if:

• You had a deep knowledge of Crypto, NFTs and the Web3 landscape
• You have an understanding of community engagement and maintenance
• Experience using blockchain technologies
• Eat sleep and breath content, regularly use twitter and discord, keep up to date on the latest social trends
• Love music, are passionate about live entertainment and want to gain experience in the festival landscape
