Are you passionate about people and eager to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our team across a wide range of HR functions. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
What you'll be doing:
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in policy documentation and HR projects, including performance management activities
Help maintain employee records, HR files, HRIS data entry and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations
Provide support in preparing and coordinating payroll, tax, insurance administration
Contribute to recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and candidate experience
What we're looking for:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive
Good communication skills and a team player mindset
Comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment
Curious and willing to learn across different areas of HR
Able to commit to working at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months
