We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Core GoLang Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining GoLang applications, designing and implementing Distributed Validator Technology (DVT) solutions, and developing solutions for protocol security, networking, and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, debug and troubleshoot complex issues, and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and distribute knowledge. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain GoLang applications. Design and implement Distributed Validator Technology (DVT) solutions. Conduct research and develop solutions for protocol security, networking, and scalability. Create simulations to test and validate blockchain solutions. Contribute to the open-source community and participate in relevant discussions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Debug and troubleshoot complex issues. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and distribute knowledge.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

At least 4 years of GoLang development experience Experience with building/contributing to blockchain projects (especially Ethereum) - Huge Advantage Experience with p2p networks (especially libp2p) - Huge Advantage Strong understanding of various consensus mechanisms. Knowledge of Blockchain Staking Protocols / specifically Ethereum - Huge Advantage Familiarity with cryptography (RSA, BLS, ECC) Working experience with Kubernetes and Docker Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and creatively. Experience with working with technical spec (advantage)
