The Arbitrum Foundation is an organisation based in the Cayman Islands that is tasked with developing and nurturing the Arbitrum ecosystem. This includes Arbitrum One, an Optimistic Rollup, that instantly scales apps, reducing costs and increasing capacity, without sacrificing Ethereum's security and Arbitrum Nova, which allows for ultra-low cost fees by leveraging AnyTrust technology making it ideal for Social and Gaming applications.
Arbitrum today is the leading Ethereum scaling solution with dominant market share including hundreds of apps on the platform and over 50% of all rollup liquidity.Â
We are looking for a highly motivated Ecosystem Growth Specialist with an in-depth understanding of the South Asian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, community building, and ecosystem growth within the blockchain industry. The Ecosystem Growth Specialist will play a key role in expanding our presence, driving adoption, and building strategic partnerships in Indonesia and across South Asia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive ecosystem growth strategies tailored to the South Asian market to drive adoption of Arbitrum technologies and foster a vibrant community.
- Identify key stakeholders, including developers, entrepreneurs, enterprises, and government agencies, and cultivate strategic relationships to promote collaboration and adoption of Arbitrum solutions.
- Organize and participate in community events, workshops, hackathons, and conferences to engage with stakeholders, raise awareness, and educate the market about Arbitrum technologies.
- Collaborate with local and regional partners to develop joint initiatives, marketing campaigns, and incentive programs to incentivize adoption and usage of Arbitrum products and services.
- Provide support and guidance to developers, startups, and projects building on Arbitrum, including technical assistance, resources, and funding opportunities.
- Gather feedback from the community and market insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and ecosystem expansion efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in the South Asian market to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Background
- Proven track record of success in ecosystem growth, business development, or community management roles within the blockchain industry.
- In-depth understanding of the South Asian market including cultural nuances, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within the blockchain and tech communities in Indonesia and across South Asia.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth, building communities, and fostering innovation.
