Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Engineering.
- Researching and designing new software systems, applications, and interfaces.
- Mentoring and building a team in order to deliver a quality product
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing software systems.

- Creating technical documents.
- 7-10+ years + years of total software engineering experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or relevant experience..
- Experience creating robust, scalable SaaS solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Methodical, organized, and a self-starter.
- Programming Languages: Crystal (or Ruby)
- Other : Swagger / OpenAPI, REST, JSON, Distributed systems, PostgreSQL
- Ops Technologies: Git, Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
- E-commerce experience.
