Step is launching an Ambassador Program to onboard and engage people from around the world in the exciting Solana ecosystem. We are teaming up with some of the top projects in the space to put together a join ambassador program tailored to the key verticals in Solana. The majority of the visitors to popular Solana ecosystem dapps like Step are from countries where english is not the native language and we see this as an untapped audience for significant growth via Ambassadors. You will be part of the Step Finance team working on the cutting edge of Solana in addition to engaging often with our partner projects in the program. As an Ambassador Manager:
Identify, onboard and support Ambassadors in multiple countries assisting with event setup, content creation and logistics Engage with program project partners and tailor relevant workflows and content for them Create relevant marketing or content materials for Ambassadors and events Assist Ambassadors with event planning and management. Set KPIs with ambassadors and monitor and take action where necessary to ensure goals are met Discuss with Step team on high level themes, content and goals for events and content making connections with relevant KOLs along the way.
About You
Previous work in a similar area or knowledge or experience managing such programs Engaged and eager to learn new things, working knowledge of web3 world and Solana is welcome Reliable and able to work independantly to achieve the end goal without guidance A team player with a client focused personality when engaging with third parties and ambassadors.
