Tasks

We are ​a (fin)tech startup that is building range of products and services that are based on blockchain technology. At Bloxxon you will learn about and ​be able to ​impact all aspects ​of ​blockchain technology, ranging from tokenization to staking and custody of assets.

Requirements

You are an experienced engineer who is ​ready for a leadership role and not afraid ​of managing a team.You have previous development experience in fintech ​and ​are prepared to ​demonstrate that you can shape the ​course of one of Germany's most dynamic fintech and blockchain startups.

Required (technical) experience:

• 5+ years development experience and familiarity with .NET (C#), Angular or React and NodeJS
• Experience with AWS services (Certification is a plus)
• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture
• Being able to setup and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• (Basic) blockchain knowledge
• Docker experience

Required (non-technical) experience:

• Ability to break down complex engineering problems into smaller workable tasks
• Excellent strategic thinking with a strong focus on finding solutions
• Prior Management experience
• Experience in and general knowledge of the Fintech space
