We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer with with a passion for DeFi and finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. You will work with the product team and other cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make great design decisions.


Immediate Responsibilities

  • Set design requirements based on information from product specs, customer research and community feedback
  • Identify new product improvement opportunities throughout our web application
  • Analyze how a new product features support customer goals and preferences
  • Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions in crypto and DeFi
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication
  • Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
  • Work closely with product and engineering to suggest improvements for products and processes
  • Experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wire framing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing from the ground up
  • An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
  • Basic understanding of data, analytics, metrics and KPIs of software/ fintech businesses
  • Passion for real estate, finance and crypto
  • Confidence to actively challenge, contribute and participate in product decisions
  • Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
  • Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
  • Provide assistance to product engineers when needed
  • Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques
  • Play a foundational role in the company as we redefine real estate investing
  • Lead the ‘Design’ function at a high growth, venture backed company
