The Cybersecurity and Data Privacy team reports directly under the office of the CISO headed by Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Jason Lau (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jasonciso/) who has over 23+ years of experience in the cybersecurity space, awarded Global Top 100 CISO, and also serves on the World Economic Forum, International Association of Privacy Professionals and more. The team comprises of multiple functions from Blockchain Security, Operational Security, Security Governance and Compliance and more. We drive a culture of having a growth mindset and being humble to help everyone achieve their potential. Security and Data Privacy Compliance first strategy which has been at the core of our company. The security team helped to drive us to be the first Crypto company worldwide to achieve ISO27001, ISO27701, ISO22301 and PCI:DSS 3.2.1 (Level 1) certifications. Extremely detailed third party attested by international audit firm SGS and achieved "Adaptive (Tier 4)" โ the highest level possible for the US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework and the latest NIST Privacy Framework as well as SOC2 and many other regional certifications like the Data Protection Trust Mark.
Responsibilities
- Develop andย execute test plans and test cases with a strong emphasis on using code toย solve technical challenges and shorten the test cycle through automation.
- Estimate testย efforts, analyse and communicate test results and participate in day toย day QA Activities.
- Develop/Maintainย and improve the test frameworks, tools and technologies used by theย organization to maintain a high quality bar.
- Work withย Development, Test and Product Management to design and implement test andย validation strategies.
- Execute and manageย test cases and results, report on test and defect metrics.
- Create, executeย and troubleshoot automated test scenarios across our systems.
- Contribute to robust,ย scalable, and high quality test automation solutions for functional,ย regression and performance testing
- Contribute to theย building of a Continuous Integration (CI) environment and ongoing processย improvement activities.
- Identify requiredย improvements in the test and development processes; make contributions toย our automation tools that address specific needs.
- Maintain a highย quality bar in a complex and constantly evolving workspace.
Requirements
- Experience in Backend server system QA
- Experience with mobile and webย testing is a plus and automated test techniques with a strong focus onย quality throughout the entire software development cycle.
- Experience in working with differentย frameworks like TestNG, Appium, Selenium, Cucumber etc.
- Strong in at least one programming language like Python, Javascript, Rust, Golang, Java
- Understanding of software designย principles, patterns, algorithms, data structures and multi-threadingย concepts.
- Proven ability to translateย functional requirements and use cases into working test plans and testย cases.
- Strong customer focus, excellentย problem solving and analytical skills. Strong verbal and writtenย communication skills.
- Some knowledge of continuousย integration practices, preferably using CircleCI.
- Experience working in an agileย environment preferred. Ability to work across Windows, Linux is a plus.
- Passion for improving code qualityย through interaction with development team.
- Demonstrated skill in using codingย standards and being an active participant in code reviews.
