The leading provider of blockchain data infrastructure and analytics is looking for a skilled and experienced DeFi Tech Lead to join their team and help them build innovative products and services for the DeFi industry.
After recently hiring an incredibly well-respected VP of Engineering and closing their Series B. This is a super exciting time to join. Here you will not only be able to contribute to an incredibly exciting platform but also help shape the future of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of DeFi data products and services, and work closely with the Product and Design teams to ensure the successful delivery of new features and enhancements.
- Design and implement DeFi data architecture, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
- Develop and maintain DeFi smart contracts and protocols, including integration with other blockchain technologies.
- Identify and evaluate emerging DeFi technologies and trends to ensure that the company stays at the forefront of innovation in the DeFi space.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality code and ensure smooth deployment and operation of DeFi products and services.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to help them improve their technical skills and contribute to the success of the company.
Qualifications:
- Experience with smart contract development, including Solidity and other languages.
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, including lending, borrowing, trading, and other financial primitives.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as Golang, Python, or Scala.
- Experience with cloud-based architectures, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the blockchain industry and a strong desire to stay at the forefront of innovation.
