Role Overview:
We've built the Bullet network from the ground up with traders in mind — instant execution, seamless UX, the ability onboard capital and users from any chain, a platform designed for power users. Now, we’re looking for a high-impact Growth Lead to drive user acquisition and help us build a thriving, engaged community of traders.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute Bullet’s growth strategy across trader communities, social platforms, and partner ecosystems.
- Build and nurture a strong, engaged community of traders.
- Tap into your existing network to onboard high-value users to the platform.
- Collaborate with product and marketing to launch features and campaigns that drive acquisition and retention.
- Represent Bullet in trading groups, online communities, and at events to champion the platform.
- Analyze growth KPIs and optimize initiatives based on performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep understanding of the crypto trading landscape — you either trade yourself or work closely with those who do.
- Strong personal network of active crypto traders, influencers, or communities.
- Proven experience growing a user base or community in a crypto-native company.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats: strategy, partnerships, user acquisition, product and sales.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, startup environments.
- Bonus: experience with perpetuals, DEXs, or blockchain infrastructure.
