Valora is looking for an HR Generalist that can join the People Team to further drive the national and international growth of the company. Our mission as a team is to align people and passion and nurture community and evolution for both Valorians and Valora.

As an HR Generalist you will be focused on the day-to-day administrative and operational services for Global HR support to ensure Valora and Valorians are provided the best environment to grow to be our best selves.
You will:
- Manage strategic relationships with external partners (benefits, EOR, compliance)
- Automate and scale our HRIS and other employee-facing vendors
- Own US leave of absence and employee benefits administration (including evaluation of offerings, benefits benchmarking, running open enrollment)
- Manage data and system transfer projects to completion (HRIS, internal wiki)
- Identify and recommend continuous improvements to HR operations to drive efficiencies and enhance the employee experience (onboarding/offboarding)
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships regionally and global (company events, covid policies, review cycles, engagement surveys)
You have:
- 2+ years HR experience
- Experience implementing an HRIS system
- BA/BS degree
- The ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment (startup experience preferred)
- Able to handle sensitive information, discrete with a high standard of integrity
- Ability to travel
Bonus:
- Startup/crypto company experience
- Experience with US Immigration is a plus
