📌 QA Analyst – Manual, Salesforce preferred (Full-time Contract, Remote) Kick off your next career move with Launchpad! We're looking for a QA Analyst with strong Salesforce experience (preferred), ready to make an impact in a global and fast-paced digital platform environment. 🗓 Start date: October/November 2025📆 Contract type: Contractor, 100% Remote🌐 Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm UK Time  - At least 6 hours of overlap are expected

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and execute test strategies, test cases, and regression suites to ensure product quality across Salesforce applications and APIs. Collaborate with Digital scrum teams to plan, estimate, and verify user stories and acceptance criteria, driving high-quality delivery. Identify, document, and track bugs or production issues, performing root cause analysis to support rapid resolution. Test user interfaces for browser and device compatibility, as well as APIs, ensuring end-to-end functionality and reliability. Contribute to QA standards and continuous improvement by researching tools, frameworks, and evolving industry practices.

✅ What You Need to Succeed Must-haves

5+ years of experience in creating and implementing test plans, strategies, and test scripts. Proven hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and components, including Apex code. Strong knowledge of manual QA processes, defect management, and tools such as TestRail, TestNG, HP Quality Center, Azure DevOps, etc. Familiarity with REST API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, SoapUI). Solid database querying skills (SQL) and ability to support data-driven testing. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Advanced English level (written and spoken).

Nice-to-haves

Background in a programming language (Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript, .Net, C#). Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps. Exposure to Angular, React, Power BI, or Power Platform. QA certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent). Ability to communicate in Spanish.
