As the People Partner, you are responsible for executing the design and delivery of the Human Capital Strategy and aligning business objectives with employees and leadership across all units @Vauld. The role partners across the organization by analysing data and uncovering actionable insights across hiring, diversity, total rewards, performance and retention to help lead us to a people-focused strategy around attracting, retaining, developing and motivating talent.
