Role Overview:

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with strong React Native expertise and backend

experience in Node.js and Golang (or Rust) microservices.

You will play a key role in supporting our transition from a Node.js monolith to a

Golang-based microservices architecture, deployed on AWS.

This role involves working on both frontend and backend development, contributing to Web3

integrations, Solana programs (smart contracts), and decentralized infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

React Native Frontend Development:

• Develop and maintain the mobile application, ensuring high performance and seamless

user experience.

• Implement Web3 interactions and integrate blockchain wallets (e.g., Solana Wallet,

MetaMask).

Backend & Microservices

• Support and contribute to the migration from Node.js (Fastify, TypeScript, PostgreSQL,
• Drizzle ORM) to Golang microservices.
• Develop scalable and secure backend services using Golang.
• Deploy and manage services on Cloudflare and AWS.
• Work with Docker and containerization (Kubernetes experience is a plus).

Crypto & Blockchain (Web3 Integration)

• Work on Solana programs (Rust) for reputation tracking, rewards, and NFTs.
• Assist in designing off-chain and on-chain data synchronization.
• Optimize blockchain interactions, focusing on efficiency, transaction costs, and indexing.

Scalability & DevOps

• Improve API performance and system reliability under high loads.
• Work across Golang, Rust (Solana), and TypeScript for different system components.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), infrastructure monitoring, and security

best practices.

Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have:

✅ Experience with React Native (TypeScript, performance optimization, mobile UI/UX best

practices).

✅ Expertise with Golang (or Rust) for backend microservices

✅ Backend experience in Node.js (Fastify, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM

preferred).

✅ Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and system scalability.

✅ Familiarity with Docker and containerization (Kubernetes is a bonus).

✅ Understanding of blockchain/Web3 fundamentals, including smart contract interactions.

✅ Experience with Solana (Rust/Anchor) programs or willingness to learn.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

🔹 Understanding of decentralized identity, ZK proofs, or reputation scoring models.

🔹 Familiarity with Solana program development (Rust, Anchor framework).

🔹 Contributions to open-source crypto projects.

🔹 DevOps experience, including GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and

monitoring tools.
