About The Role
We are seeking an organized, forward-thinking, and analytical person to support the Grants team. In this role, you will lead a variety of projects related to the grants program and general strategic initiatives of the Foundation. The perfect candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is always optimizing, automating, and improving processes, is naturally analytical, and can handle working in an unstructured setting with little direction.
- Scout and support the most exciting new projects in the Metaplex ecosystem
- Analyze, conduct diligence, and select grant recipients based on Committee Charter
- Work with experts across multiple web3 verticals to define grants strategy and accelerate growth in those verticals
- Develop an Account Management model for the Metaplex Foundation Grants program
- Own tools, analytics, and contract management
- Automate as much as you can
NOTE: THIS JOB IS FULLY REMOTE.
- Deep familiarity with the web3 space and Solana NFT ecosystem.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience: ideally in corporate strategy, finance, sales operations, management consulting, or other analytical work.
- Familiarity with CRMs (Hubspot ideally).
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel / Google Apps and experience building forecasting models.
- Remote organization. Work anywhere in the US.
