Responsibilities:

• Set the ecosystem growth strategy in Vietnam and carry out its execution to bootstrap local ​​developer, user and investor ecosystems
• Oversee and provide guidance on strategic and business decisions
• Build and maintain key relations through networking and stakeholder engagement
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to identify key performance indicators of growth and monitor these factors
• Onboard local partners that can drive greater value for ecosystem on objectives like TVL and users

Requirements:

• A resourceful self-starter and problem-solver, willing to roll up one’s sleeves to bootstrap the local ecosystem growth
• 2+ years of experience in a business development role
• Passionate about the crypto industry and has a strong knowledge of the local market
• Results focused individual who can work with minimal supervision, can set clear priorities and inspire people
• Excellent written and oral language communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Social Media know-how experience is a plus
• Previous crypto and start up experience is preferred
