TAC is an EVM-compatible Layer 2 blockchain on TON, designed to bring EVM-based applications to every Telegram user and TON wallet holder.

As the CMO of TAC, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, with a particular focus on leveraging the extensive Telegram user base. You will lead the charge in driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and community engagement across various channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape, and has a proven track record of building and scaling brands in the tech or blockchain industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. GTM Strategy Development and Implementation:

 

  • Develop and lead the execution of TAC's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to effectively launch and scale TAC's Layer 2 solution. 
  • Focus on the strategic use of Telegram, leveraging its large user base for community building, engagement, and user acquisition. 
  • Collaborate closely with product, biz dev, and development teams to align the GTM strategy with TAC's overall business objectives. 
  • Identify key market segments and tailor the GTM strategy to effectively reach and engage these audiences.
  1. Marketing Strategy and Execution:

 

  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with TAC's GTM strategy. 
  • Utilize digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships to drive user acquisition and engagement. 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes and achieve KPIs.
  1. Brand Development and Positioning:
  • Define and communicate TAC's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. 
  • Position TAC as a leading Layer 2 solution on TON, highlighting our unique value propositions. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media, and partners to enhance brand visibility.
  1. Community Management and Engagement:
  • Build and nurture a vibrant community around TAC, with a strong emphasis on Telegram user base. 
  • Engage with community members, address their needs, and gather feedback to inform product development. 
  • Organize and participate in community events, webinars, and other engagement activities to build loyalty and advocacy.
  1. User Acquisition and Growth:
  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive adoption of TAC's platform and dApps. 
  • Identify and leverage growth opportunities within the TON ecosystem and broader blockchain space. 
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure a seamless user experience that drives engagement and retention.
  1. Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance. 
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and other members of the leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. 
  • Represent TAC at industry events, conferences, and public forums, serving as a key spokesperson for the brand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a CMO, Head of Marketing, or similar leadership role within the blockchain, tech, or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of L1/L2 blockchain projects and the processes required to launch a blockchain from scratch.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful GTM strategies, with a particular focus on Telegram as a marketing and community-building tool.
  • Deep understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency space, with a particular focus on Layer 2 solutions.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and brand recognition.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Passion for blockchain technology and a strong belief in the potential of decentralized networks.
