We're looking for a Growth Marketer to:
- Create and execute a content strategy that propels the brand globally, aligned with its mission and business goals, reaching the right audience.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence (with 1M+ followers today), crafting shareable and engaging content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all platforms.
- Analyze data and trends to optimize content and social media strategies for maximum impact.
- Be the voice of a leading web3/crypto company pioneering the future of social networking, and aligning the brand's voice to the mission.
What you'll need:
- Track record of hockey-stick social growth, demonstrating your ability to drive brand awareness and exceed social targets.
- Strong understanding of web3, with the ability to identify and analyze trends at the intersection of tech and culture.
- Experience managing social media on various platforms, including X/Twitter, Mailbluster, Link3, Substack, and LinkedIn.
- 2+ years of experience in content/product or growth marketing, writing, editing, journalism, or another relevant field.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced environments, showcasing your capability to operate autonomously and proactively in a startup setting.
