Responsibilities
- Drive user acquisition for Coins.ph and Coins.xyz across paid media
- Lead, conceptualize and run the execution of digital marketing ad campaigns across various ad networks and platforms
- Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and adoption
- Conduct keyword and audience research to identify relevant target segments for campaigns
- Perform A/B testing and implement strategies to continuously optimize performance and user acquisition
- Generate regular reports to measure campaign performance and areas for improvement
- Analyze data and optimize campaign budgets, CPI, CAC and other key performance metricsÂ
- Lead SEO and SEM and analyze performance metrics to formulate effective SEO strategies
- Devise optimization strategies to enhance search engine results and rankings.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in growth and performance marketingââ
- An appetite to experiment and use non-traditional marketing tactics, backed up by testing measurable and scalable programs that youâll optimize and launch based on learnings
- Proven track record of delivering results & driving user acquisition
- Project management, prioritization skills & ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of developmentÂ
- A self-starter with ability to work with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit Exceptional project & time management skillsÂ
- Strong execution, communication & strategic thinking skills, business savvy and an opportunity seekerÂ
- Ability to anticipate issues and resolve them based on sound business judgment
