Affiliate Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with marketing and affiliate teams to collect, process, and analyze referral and affiliate program data, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.
- Analyze and interpret large volumes of marketing and transactional data related to affiliate performance, customer acquisition, and referral conversions using advanced data tools and platforms.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within affiliate data to recommend strategic improvements, optimizations and opportunities that drive growth and enhance program effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate affiliate program performance and key metrics to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate experiments aimed at improving affiliate marketing strategies and ROI.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for both operational teams and senior management to support data-driven decision making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing analytics to continuously enhance analytical methodologies and tools.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where timely insights and rapid execution are critical to maintaining competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences
- 5-7 years of full-time work experience in an Analytics or Data Science role
- Experience in business consulting settings is preferred
- A self-driven team player with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques such as proprietary analytical software, data models and programming languages
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
