The L'Oréal USA 12-Month Junior Marketing Associate (JMA) internship program allows creative visionaries and strategic thinkers to enhance their marketing knowledge in a fast-paced and hands-on environment. The JMA program is paid internship opportunity for candidates who have graduated with a degree within the last 12 months and is able to work 40 hours per week.
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to join the larger Global Marketing team in the Consumer Products Division of L’Oreal USA. This position will be part of the brand’s digital team this includes a heavy focus on optimizing search engine, managing communication with agencies, asset management, and special projects on emerging technologies such as AR, Web3, AI, etc.. This position will report to the Senior Manager of digital platforms and services and work collaboratively with the cross functionally with the global team, as well as external agencies.
