We’re looking for an exceptional marketing intern to work with the Product Manager and Head of Community alongside a high-performing team of product engineers. The internship is ideal for a smart graduate wanting to work in a startup environment and enter the world of web3. It’s a paid 6 month full-time internship in London with an immediate start date.Â
Responsibilities
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter and Discord)
- Assist with editorial content and copywritingÂ
- Handle customer support via Intercom, email, live chat and video callsÂ
- Update website contentÂ
- Write Help Center articles when needed
- Gather and analyze customer data and insights
Skills and experience
- Graduated with BA or MA from a leading universityÂ
- Experience & understanding of blockchain & Web3 technologiesÂ
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Outstanding organization and time-management skillsÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Personable, confident and outgoing
- Creative thinker – we’re always open to new ideas!
Nice to have
- Previous experience in communication/marketing is desirable
- Experience with design tools, especially Figma, Photoshop or InDesign.
